Postage and packing costs £3.99. UK delivery is free on orders over £25, based on the order value after discounts. The final delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Order cutoff: 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders received after the cutoff or at the weekend begin processing on the next working day.

Allow around 3–6 working days in total from processing to delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. These are estimated timeframes, rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

For an update on your order, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email info@boxingmugs.com with your order number. Please check your delivery details before paying and contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at checkout.
Returns and refunds
We offer 30-day returns for standard, non-personalised products. For this additional offer, items should be unused, unworn and in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for return instructions or to discuss a size exchange.
For most standard online purchases, you also have a statutory right to cancel: tell us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason or obtain authorisation to exercise that right.
If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, email us as soon as you can. A photograph may help us investigate, but there is no 48-hour deadline on your statutory rights. We cover reasonable return costs for these problems. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage unless we agree otherwise.
We process eligible refunds to the original payment method within five working days of receiving and checking the return, subject to any earlier legal deadline. Statutory cancellation refunds include basic outbound delivery where required by law.
