Your choices
Essential storage supports the basket, checkout, account sign-in, security and remembering your cookie choice. Optional analytics helps us understand visits and shopping activity. You can accept or reject optional analytics, or choose your preferences, without losing access to the shop.
Use Cookie settings on the website or the controls below to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics; it does not undo processing that has already taken place. You can also delete existing cookies in your browser settings.
Essential shop and consent storage
WooCommerce uses woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart during a browsing session to recognise basket changes. wp_woocommerce_session_* links your browser to its basket, normally for two days. Account sign-in uses WordPress authentication cookies; their duration depends on your sign-in choice. Blocking essential cookies can prevent the basket, checkout or account from working.
Complianz uses cookies with names beginning cmplz_ to remember your consent choices and the policy version for up to 365 days. It also communicates your choice to supported store integrations. These preference cookies do not require analytics consent.
Optional Google Analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics measures referral sources, visits, product views, basket activity, checkout and purchases. Its first-party cookies include _ga and _ga_*, which distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Google’s default expiry is two years, although browser limits may shorten this. This cookie lifetime is separate from our two-month retention setting for Analytics user-level and event-level data.
We have switched off Google signals, advertising personalisation and user-provided-data collection. See Google’s Analytics cookie information and how Google uses information from sites using its services.
Optional Google Customer Reviews
On your paid-order confirmation page, a separate “Open Google review invitation” button lets you choose to load Google Customer Reviews. This review service does not load unless you click that button. Opening it shares your email address, order number, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google, together with technical browser-request information. Google may use cookies or similar technologies when its service opens. You can instead choose “No thanks”; neither choice affects your order.
Google then asks separately whether you want a survey email. This choice is independent of analytics consent. See our Google Customer Reviews privacy disclosure and Google’s cookie information. Browser controls let you inspect or delete Google cookies.
Payment and checkout security
PayPal provides payment and fraud-prevention features. Using PayPal can load PayPal content and storage governed by its Privacy Statement. PayPal’s guest checkout integration uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against automated abuse. It can process technical and interaction information and may present a security challenge. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain its service. Contact us if a security check prevents you from ordering.
Fonts and external links
The site requests its Source Sans Pro font from Google Fonts. This creates a connection to Google and sends technical request information including your IP address. A network request is not necessarily a cookie. Links to other websites, including social networks, take you to services with their own privacy and cookie settings.
More information
Cookies and storage depend on the features you use and your browser. Browser settings let you inspect, block or delete them, but blocking all cookies may stop shopping features from working. Our Privacy Policy explains data use, service providers, international processing and your rights. We update this page when our setup changes.
