Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–2 working days for dispatch, followed by 2–4 working days for UK standard delivery. The order cutoff is 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff or at the weekend begin processing on the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
How much is postage and packing?
UK postage and packing is £3.99 per order. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £25 after discounts. The final total is shown before you pay.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How do I get an update on my order?
Email info@boxingmugs.com with your order number. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can investigate.
Products
Which sizes and colours are available?
Available options are shown on each product page. Select the size and colour you want before adding the item to your basket. If you need help choosing, email us before ordering.
How should I care for my item?
Follow the care instructions supplied with your product or on its label. If you are unsure about washing clothing or using a mug in a dishwasher or microwave, contact us for advice about that item.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
We offer 30-day returns for standard, non-personalised products that are unused, unworn and in their original condition. This is in addition to your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full conditions and deadlines.
What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Email info@boxingmugs.com with your order details and a description of the problem. A photograph may help us investigate. There is no 48-hour deadline on your statutory rights, and we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Can I exchange clothing for another size?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will confirm the available replacement and return arrangements before you send the original item back.

Can I ask about a custom design or a bulk order?
Email info@boxingmugs.com with your requirements before ordering. We will confirm what is available and any agreed price or custom details. An enquiry does not place an order.
