Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard Royal Mail delivery takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. We’re working on expanding to international shipping soon — follow us on social media to be the first to know when we do.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £30. Orders under £30 have a flat rate shipping fee of £3.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Products & Printing
What is DTF printing?
DTF stands for Direct to Film. It’s a modern printing technology that produces incredibly vibrant, detailed prints. Unlike screen printing, DTF can reproduce photographic-quality images. Unlike heat transfers, DTF prints are soft, flexible, and won’t crack or peel. All our products are DTF printed in-house at our Lancashire, UK workshop.
Will the print fade or peel off?
No. DTF prints are extremely durable. When cared for properly (washing at 30°C, avoiding tumble drying on high heat), your print will stay vibrant for years. We’ve tested our prints to 50+ washes with no significant colour loss.
What sizes do your t-shirts and hoodies come in?
Our t-shirts and hoodies are available in sizes S to 3XL. Check individual product pages for specific size guides. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Our mugs are dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing to keep your print looking its absolute best for as long as possible. They’re microwave safe too.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, unworn items in their original condition. See our full Delivery & Returns page for complete details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We quality-check every item, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch at hello@boxingmugs.com with a photo and we’ll sort it out straight away — either a replacement or full refund, your choice.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange an exchange. You’ll just need to return the original item in unworn condition.
