UK Delivery
All orders are printed and dispatched from our workshop in Lancashire, UK. Because every item is printed to order using our DTF printing process, please allow 1-2 business days for production before dispatch.

Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £30 via Royal Mail Standard.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
International Delivery
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on adding international shipping options — sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we expand.
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Boxing Mugs purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn (for clothing items)
- In their original condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@boxingmugs.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a returns authorisation and the return address
- Package the item securely and post it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@boxingmugs.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. You won’t need to pay return postage for faulty items.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange an exchange. Simply return the original item in unworn condition and we’ll send out the replacement as soon as we receive it.
Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this returns policy. For more information about your consumer rights, visit Citizens Advice.
